A huge gratitude to CTCI foundation for having organized the 2019 Enterprise Visit. The event was held by extremely dedicated team who never ceased to ensure the whole event to be running seamlessly. Despite some difficulties faced by some participants, the team would still be able to make all things under control. There was no time where participants be left on their own but constantly fed with great experience throughout the event. The whole activities were carefully designed to meet the objective of the program. Although some of the participants were coming from different academic background, the program was still relevant to all as it is addressing topics that generally applicable to everyone rather than only to those from specific academic background. Participants were given opportunities to be introduced to enterprises in great details and to communicate with enterprises’ personnel in respect to matters relating to employment of international workforce as well as on any relevant queries the participants have. The opportunities to get to know the enterprises was a valuable one as some of the participants are considering developing their career in the country after graduating from respective university they are attending. Based from my personal observation, most of the enterprises visited were research-driven enterprises. Those enterprises would constantly be involved in the development of innovative products leveraged from the research activities they had performed. The strong research and development of new products and services by those enterprises would make them to become sustainably competitive for a long run. The other thing I noted throughout the visit was that some of the enterprises not just focussed on boosting their revenue through selling of ordinary products or services but also ensure those are of good quality and well-recognised by consumers . During the last day of the visit, participants were brought to several locations for excursion which include a visit to Taiwan Hakka Museum. I got an opportunity to understand and appreciate Hakka culture in Taiwan and this has further expanded my view about the diversity of culture in the country. Other excursion places were interesting places to visit as well. Additionally, as a participant of the Enterprise Visit 2019, I am grateful to CTCI Foundation for the given opportunity to getting to know and build professional relationship with participants who are of different background as well as the highly dedicated organising team. In nutshell, Enterprise Visit 2019 was a solid and well organized by CTCI Foundation and the organizing team. I would once again like to thank you for this valuable experience.

I am happy for joining the Enterprise Visit sponsored by CTCI Foundation. CTCI is world-renowned as a leader in the provision of reliable engineering services. Thanks to the great arrangement by CTCI, I have joined the unforgettable trip. The assistance staffs from CTCI and Inves Taiwan Center are very enthusiastic and perfect. These companies are famous and interesting. Taiwan food is delicious, especially one dinner meal in Puli, Nantou. I was interested in the presentation of Inves Taiwan Service Center which provided valuable knowledge on how to have a job in Taiwan and the process of the obtaining of working licenses in Taiwan. The most interesting thing is visited Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), which is one of the world’s leading technology R&D institutions aiming to innovate a better future for society. Founded in 1973, ITRI has played a vital role in transforming Taiwan's industries from labour-intensive into innovation-driven. It focuses on the fields of Smart Living, Quality Health, and Sustainable Environment. The woman who introduced to us is rich with experience and responsibility to present the high-tech achievement in ITRI. Ever imagine that the coffee we drink is transformed into the apparels we wear? Fascinating, it is correct. When visiting SingTex Industrial Co., Ltd with Eco-Friendly series, I know that S. Café technology, with a low-temperature, high-pressure and energy-saving process, combines coffee grounds onto the yarn surface, changing the characteristics of the filament, and offers the faster drying time compared to cotton. More interesting, they have the factory in Vietnam and the address is Road No. 6 Binh An Textile Industrial Zone, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Thus I will share the recruiting information to Vietnamese students in NCKU. Since visiting Hotai Development Co., Ltd, I know that Ho Tai Development Co., Ltd. distributes residential and central air conditioners. The company was founded in 1963 and is based in Taipei, Taiwan. Japan's Daikin Industries, Ltd. to sell its products in Taiwan since 1992. The summit class quality air-conditioners have already been widely praised among the ever-increasing users since they were put on the market. In Vietnam, Daikin air conditioner is very popular and people really like to use Daikin products.

Once again your organization set up a successful visit trip. It's always a good opportunity to write a feedback of appreciation to express thanks and gratitude to CTCI Foundation who has provided assistance to participants, it seems to be the course of a job search in the workplace. Firstly, thank you very much for the enterprise visit trip that gave me a chance to know more about the target of program and Taiwanese enterprises. Secondly, I would like to share few words about the visit trip of CTCI Foundation. This is a practical and useful activity. It plays a role as the international bridge to connect between recruitment enterprise and the high quality human resources. I appreciate the efforts of program and another committee to hold this nice event. The event structure provides the opportunity to approach the top enterprises and explore the diversity of Taiwanese history, culture, and human that the potential candidates may easy harmonize, cooperate, and find friendly environment for study, work, life as well. It is really impressed with posture, gesture, attitude, and spirit of all CTCI members in their job. Especially, the whole trip is quite supported by CTCI foundation budget. Also, every participant could have gotten a high value certificate that is both leverage for future career and memorable gift in academic journey. Thirdly, my thoughts and experiences are limited, I recognised that it is entering a new growth phase on, your arrangement was very timely. I hope to maintain this upward momentum with quality plan. As one of the participants in this program, I are indeed grateful and willing to share information to promote your coverage to public. Whether a suitable match can be made between your qualifications and development's requirements is a question for future. ...If you’re looking for who is the best candidate after your review and interview for the future activity, you’ve come to the right place. The candidates can make the difference to expect getting hired and not rejected. It is good from start to finish, but it can definitely sway their decision if it’s neck-and-neck between the candidates!

I enjoyed the 2019 Enterprise Visit event held by the CTCI Foundation and felt really satisfied. Aside from the great experiences of learning details of each company and its respective industry, I have built good connection with other international students, this would not have been possible by myself. The hosting companies of the first tier of enterprise visit, in order of visiting sequence, include: LDC Hotels & Resorts, SingTex Industrial Co., Ltd, Hotai Development Co., Ltd (DAIKIN), ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) and RhymeBus Corporation — all of whom are successful and renowned in their respective industries as well as in the world. It is also an honor to have InvesTaiwan on the visiting list. During the companies’ presentations, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and visit the operation sites. This allowed positive, active, and direct exchanges of experiences between visitors and host companies. However, in terms of job opportunities, I realize that Chinese language proficiency is also part of the company's necessary requirements to hire employees for their business. Our travel from one destination to the next was seamless and very well planned to save as much time as possible and the process was a great experience in itself. Moreover, the foods were so delicious. I would like to say “keep up the good work” and thanks to the CTCI Foundation for providing this wonderful trip and experience. Overall, the enterprise visit was good and one of the most resourceful and best trips I had in Taiwan. I also want to express my grateful to all the CTCI staffs who are great people whom made this enterprise visit to be such a great one.
