First of all I would like to thank the CTCI Foundation for giving an opportunity especially for international students to take part in CTCI Enterprise Visit 2019. This activity is very useful for foreign students because it gives us the link between recruitment agencies that have information about visas, working permit, and are interested in connecting us with companies, and it also gives us a direct insight with Taiwanese companies, their general information their managers, employment information and benefits. I personally feel very satisfied with all arrangements for the reception including accommodation, meals, transportation, and accompanying staffs. CTCI foundation made us feel really welcomed, and took us to eat at very nice restaurants and we stayed at very nice hotels. The most memorable was the staffs who were very kind, patient, and care about us. In fact, I got a lot of valuable experience from the company's 3-day visit, including knowledge of various companies in Taiwan that would be useful for my future career as a chemical engineer. Besides that, I could meet new friends from various countries. Thank you very much CTCI Foundation for selecting me, and for the patience and thought of organizing this event for us.

CTCI is a non-profit organization that supports talents in the field of science and technology who are studying and researching in Taiwan. CTCI staff has strived to bring an Enterprise Visit with valuable knowledge from senior managers of enterprises, helping International Graduate Students easily understand and approach business models, technology. If you are planning to work in Taiwan after graduating for organizations, it is important to improve Chinese language during the time you are on the lecture hall or in the laboratory, it is really value. Taiwan with a special geopolitical position are currently attracting talents from all areas. You only need to graduate from universities /institutes with average knowledge and a intermediate Chinese-English ability to be able to work at a company. The accommodation and transportation services are well organized and follow the previous plan of the organizers to help the program succeed beyond expectations. In addition, Sightseeing offers many interesting experiences for us with the wild natural landscape of Taiwan. Thanks to all CTCI staff again, they are very thoughtful, well organized, diligent and sophisticated during the 3-day trip so that 30 participators have the most wonderful experiences. If you are a graduate student in Taiwan, you should try to register for the program next year to feel the things that are interesting.

It was a very organized, well-prepared event. Staff and director were very accommodating and approachable. All the scheduled activities were done. The batch members got to know each other. The weather was perfect. I felt belonging to a family. How I wish I can belong to CTCI family someday. All the companies chosen by CTCI Foundation are very good enterprises which are quality management and environment regulation compliance certified companies. They proved to be at the top of their respective industries which any employee would wish to belong to. I commend the staff for trying their best to give us a remarkable experience and they did not fail. It is also commendable that I and my colleagues felt safe throughout the trip.

I have experienced first excursion across Taiwan during this trip, which was sponsored CTCI foundation. We have visited famous firms, organizations and sightseeing places. I have gained knowledge of what is required to be employed by Taiwanese company. Besides earning degree one has more chance to be hired if she knows Mandarin language as well as familiar with local culture. Although, by law Taiwanese companies give employment priority to citizens of the country, they are very willing to recruit international students, graduates if one has developed required skills. Therefore, international students should study hard, get knowledge and degree meanwhile learn speak and read Mandarin Chinese. Also not to hesitate get involved with local people and culture. In brief the visited enterprises and gained experiences. In this visit, in my opinion CTCI foundation achieved its goal of bring together international talent with local corporations.

first of all, I am very thankful to CTCI for arrange such kind of visit that give knowledge with enjoy. The visit organised in such a manner that we cover all the companies without any frustration. All the facilities provide during Visit was really good.The staying arrangements also good .Transportation facility was also good. All types of enterprise and industrial visits were full of knowledge and gave a different experience to me. All the enterprise was choose in this way that participants can take knowledge of each and every sector, so this arrangements and thinking is really great. At last but nor least, the visit was very useful and full of knowledge in all of manners. I hope that CTCI also select to me in future for such kind of visit that create a new vision of my life.

I really like how the committee organize all of the event, and also I was impressed by how you can manage the time really well. I also like all of the company that we visit, because all of them could give presentation in English, which I think it was really good because from what I know not many company have someone that can speak English fluently. The best company that I like is ITRI, but unluckily we don't have enough time in there so they can't finish their presentation. As I remember, we only have 1 hour in there, not 1.5 hours. I think it was a good thing to visit InvesTaiwan as well, because I've never knew about this company before. And from them, I just know that Taiwan Government has a platform to help all international student that are willing to stay in Taiwan. I also really pleased how each of company really welcome us, even they provide us some coffee, and I can learn many things from all of those company. Furthermore, I also think that the cultural trip have good place to visit. We could learn Taiwan's culture in other way. Thanks to all of the committee that really take care each of the participant. Overall I am so thankful for CTCI committee that already provide a good accommodation, meals, and transportation, even you create a birthday celebration event.

Today I am really thankful to the CTCI foundation to gave space in Enterprise visit for international graduates students. The three days journey was very impressive and motivational to explore the dynamic scientific community of Taiwan and the multi cultural diversity of local people. why I prefer Taiwan over the other’s countries is that Taiwan is a land of diverse cultural, the quality of research work,innovation, teaching styles, service and support for international students, the fast growth economy and global ranking institutions make a great inspiration. Personally i enjoyed the tour and the behavior of management was much impressive and Professional. The arrangement and activities were based on basic and accordance to schedule. The sightseeing was magnificent and mesmerizing, specially sun moon lake. Arrangements for the reception was excellent specially accommodation, meal, transportation and accompanying stuff. Corporate and introduction was based on modern technology and based on Skills. The food service overall was good, first time I enjoyed local Taiwan food. The only and only thing which I have much inspired is that” the environment was very friendly and attractive”

The industrial visit was very nice to me and I really enjoyed it. Each corporate we have visited was very competitive one as we came to learn from the introduction on about their corporations and this makes me admire them for their achievement in changing or stepping up Taiwan ahead of other countries in the world. In the future this kind of activities should be strengthen so that the involvement of the international graduate student can be increased and can attract more talent to the corporation in Taiwan. I think if each international graduate student gets involved in such event there will be more collaboration between different countries with Taiwan and there will be more market opportunities for the companies as well. The 2019 enterprise visiting for international graduate students organized by CTCI Foundation gave me an unforgettable experiences as long as I become a student in Taiwan. I would like to thank you to CTCI Foundation because I was one of the participants who could join in this year. I was very excited to see and to talk to the foreigner students from other countries. We enjoyed the trip together and shared the stories with each other. I was very amazed to learn different various perspectives from different countries, cultures and personalities. I was also very grateful for participating and getting the opportunity to learn the technology developments in Taiwan. We had opportunity to visit the InvesTaiwan Service Center which explained us about the procedures and regulations to foreigner to get jobs in Taiwan. LDC Hotels & Resorts which explained us how the hospitality management combines the western nuances of Europe and the eastern nuances of Asia in their hotel decor. SingTex Industrial Co., Ltd which explained us about the textile products that are made from recycled coffee grounds. Hotai Development Co., Ltd which explained us how the social responsibility business promotes environmental protection in its commercial purpose. ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) which explained us the contributions of technology and research to Taiwanese industry, are applied focusing on smart living, quality health, and sustainable environment. RhymeBus Corporation which explained us about the technologies create the future and build green life. I was wondered many Taiwanese enterprises have green technology goals that is answering global challenges as a continuation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). This wonderful experience made me to understand how the research and technology may contribute to Taiwan country significantly. In the future, I hope the enterprise visiting for international graduate students program will still exist so that more international graduate students will gain experience to learn the enterprises in Taiwan.

Not just about seeing and watching technologies companies and research world, but here we also can share our thoughts, our mind for companies and research world in Taiwan. Behind that personally, I can be feeling and reflecting on my knowledge that I have got and studied at Universities. Especially on my own concentration and my study here about electrical engineering. when I was visiting RhymeBuss corporation to watch and see how to developing and build A corporation with AC motor Drive product. It was a wonderful experience on my own. I just reflected my self that how about if I want to be A developer and making for new things for human needs and really useful in our life. My own self is really interesting to build and developing corporation like RhymeBuss corporation and start from zero. Many a lot of things so interesting and impressive that I can get form this event for implementing new things in our life. Here, Also I want to talk about Research world in Tawain when I was visiting the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Hsinchu, I thought that it is brilliant things that opened my eyes and also my thoughts for research world in Taiwan. I am so impressed and I hope too that I can join with ITRI for being a researcher in a beautiful future. Many a lot of things that I have got from this event and trip, It will be a beautiful journey as long as I was staying in Taiwan.
