It is my honor to become a participant of the Enterprise Visit Tier 2 hold by CTCI Foundation. From my point of view, this is a well-prepared program to ensure that we - the talented attendees - have useful information about the opportunity to work and live in Taiwan after our graduations. During the whole three-day trip, I, myself, realize that Taiwanese companies always welcome potential persons from all over the world to guarantee the effectiveness of operation activities and achieve the vision of becoming multinational enterprises. Moreover, I, via this field trip, gain a variety of valuable tips for management activities from these enterprises in the world of competitions, especially from the story of Advantech about how to expand the market share of products and explore the potential markets. I think these tips are essential for not only persons who study the related areas, but also others who are going to start-up in the nearly future. Besides, this trip is such an interesting experience to realize the importance of having networking relationships among different areas. Having cross-field relationships is useful to broaden our knowledge and shorten the gap between our specialized abilities and enterprise requirements. To sum up, with words I can say, thank you to all CTCI Foundation’s staffs for holding this event. I am appreciated with your help. It will be an unforgettable moment of my life in Taiwan.
