With me, this CTCI Foundation Enterprise Visit trip is memorable and meaningful. I had a chance to visit production sites at leading companies in Taiwan from EPC (CTCI), manufacturing (Fortune), renewable energy (Foxgreen), battery (Calexpert) to a dominating high-tech player in Industry 4.0 and IoT (AdvanTech). By talking with the companies' leader and experienced technician, I have got deeply understand how these companies help Taiwan to be a dominant global player in the manufacturing and engineering industry recently. With the methodical investment for talents and successors and a global approach, these Taiwan companies are considering themselves as reliable partners and important players in the supplier chain of international trade. The management model and quality-driven approach in producing can be potentially a precious experience in my career. Also, their investment and vision in green and recycled energy promise to be the role model for other countries in the next decades. Like the other countries, in several companies I have visited, they deeply invested and built plants in Vietnam (e.g., CIMAS from CTCI). Further, they have recruited local talents and committed to the sustainable development of local communities. After all, with me, it is an honor to join this memorable trip and get the warm welcome from CTCI Foundation organizers.
