<P> My name is Uranzaya Tsogtsaikhan. I am from Mongolia and studying in National Cheng Kung University. I participated “2016 Enterprise Visit for International Graduate Students”. It was really an amazing trip. We visited ITSC and 5 companies, including: Taipower, Delta, Phison, A-Pro, GPM. I really appreciate to join this trip, because it might be provide some good opportunities to stay and work here. Among those companies we visited, I would say that Phison is on the top of my favorite list. The main reason is that its chairman is also a foreign student, coming from Malaysia. His story shows that everyone can establish company and make money in Taiwan. Besides, I also like Phison’s philosophy. During their presentation, they emphasize that they like to hire someone who want to work long term and can grow with company. Thank CTCI Foundation for giving me this great opportunity and hopefully to successfully apply a good job in Taiwan.
