<P> During this enterprise visit, I have had the opportunity of getting many experiences and thoughts from several companies in Taiwan. I got a better understanding of how companies in Taiwan work as well as their working environments and facilities. I also realized about what kinds of working positions are the most required for these types of corporations, in this way I can focus my abilities and characters to match with these companies properly. I have seen with my own eyes the high involvement of entrepreneurship that has lead Taiwan to become a strong economy during the past years. Most of these companies share the same objective of internationalization and constant expansion. These organizations seem to be highly interested in recruiting foreigner to become part of their workforce, they really appreciate the qualities that a competent foreigner can offer for them, and I believe this is a positive aspect for their continuous development. I got many useful information and experiences from high-level managers that made me get a deeper understanding of the working and entrepreneurial life in Taiwan. Personally, I have realized of the high importance of choosing the right working position that can fulfill my expectations and potential dreams. This is because the job that I take will become my new lifestyle and possibly may be something that I will spend most of my time. Therefore, if I can work on something that I am highly interested in, then I believe I will feel my professional career completed in Taiwan. Being able to enjoy my life properly.
