<P> Currently, Taiwan’s industries have been providing high-end quality service or products with the least cost. But it has to follow the developing of “Industry 4.0”, in addition to condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, components and systems are able to gain self-awareness, which will provide management with more insight on the status of the factory. During this enterprise visit, I have observed one of the most well-known Intelligent Green Buildings in Taiwan, which was built by Delta Group. It provides a comfortable environment for people working there, and then significantly improves the overall productivity of Delta. From this point, I think “Industry 4.0” is coming soon in the human life. In addition, I also understand how the international young talents affecting the development and working culture of a successful company (Phison Electronics Corporation).
